What Do Our Claims Mean?

    Understanding nutrition claims and what they mean can help you get the most from the foods you eat. Here is our quick reference guide to some of the claims you can find on Lean Cuisine packs.


    Many meals in the Lean Cuisine range are 97% fat free, meaning they are low in fat and contain less than 3g of fat per 100g.


    Every meal in our Lean Cuisine Balance range is low in sugar (no more than 5g sugar per 100g). They also pass the delicious test.


    If it’s low in cholesterol, it means there’s less than 20mg of cholesterol per 100g. We haven’t skimped on flavour though!


    A serve of vegetables is equal to 75g and most meals within our range contain at least one serve. Our Pots of Goodness pack the most veggie punch, with at least 2 serves per meal.
