They also believe that convenience doesn’t have to come at the expense of calories – they have worked hard to create a range of tempting meals that all provide less than 500 calories per serve. Kim Tikellis – Nutrition & Health Manager
Kim is an Advanced Accredited Practicing Dietitian with over 15 years food industry experience in product development, nutrition education and communication. She enjoys the challenge of identifying consumer insights as opportunities to create food products that benefit consumer health and wellness. Kim strongly believes in the Lean Cuisine brand as an opportunity to broaden nutritious food choices for health conscious consumers who value wholesome and delicious foods.
Shelley Dillon – Senior Dietitian
Shelley believes good nutrition doesn’t have to be a source of stress or confusion, nor should it be all about sacrifice. Shelley left a job in the corporate world to follow her passion for nutrition and completed her studies as a dietitian. She loves that her role at Lean Cuisine empowers people to make better food choices!
Samantha Thomas – Dietitian
Samantha is passionate about helping people with busy lifestyles achieve balance. After realising her love for good food and nutrition, Samantha completed her dietetics degree and began her career in the food industry. She loves working with Lean Cuisine to create meals that are not only nutritious and delicious, but are also convenient choices for people on the go!
